- Clubhouse - The newly renovated clubhouse (view1,
view2, view3) has a large
kitchen area, a banquet
room, a library and meeting
room, a large terrace
and deck, large outdoor grill, and a covered breezeway.
- Grounds - The grounds at Concord Yacht Club
include several picnic pavilions, a playground
area with a large sandbox, and a swimming area, (View from

- Boat facilities - The club has a variety of boat
storage and launching facilities. Boat storage
options include parking areas for trailered
boats, year-round floating slips, summer-only
slips, moorings, and on-the-water racks for small
dinghys. Launching options include two boat
ramps, a small-boat hand-launch platform, and a

- Club-owned sailboats - Concord Yacht Club, together with the
University of Tennessee sailing club, owns a
fleet of eight JY-15 sailboats. The boats are used
for training and racing. Club members who wish to
access the JY-15 boats are required to pay a
user's fee. (Club

Optimist Prams that are used for sailing instruction, several
Sunfish, and a keel boat.
- Marine railway and boat lift -
The club is equipped with a
marine railway and boat lift for the safe
launching and removal of large sailboats. (Boat Lift)
